Anand has spent over 12+ years leading revenue, marketing and growth at scale - across D2C, retail and e-commerce. Before founding Inflekt, he served as AVP - Head of Revenue, Marketing and Growth at Wakefit, where he led the brand's ₹1,100 Cr online business across D2C and marketplaces, delivering 50% revenue growth YoY and a 2x improvement in ROAS.
Prior to Wakefit, Anand led Category P&L at Flipkart (Fashion) and spent five years at Sephora India - joining as employee #3 and rising to Senior Category Manager, achieving 47% YoY growth and building the brand's planning and analytics infrastructure from scratch.
He holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and a B.Tech from NIT Karnataka.
Anand brings the strategic and business lens to Inflekt - thinking in P&L, unit economics and long-term brand building, not just campaign performance.

Vishnu is a seasoned performance marketer with over six years of experience running paid acquisition at scale - from agency-side at Dentsu Merkle Sokrati, where he managed combined client spends of ₹30 Cr+ per month, to brand-side at Wakefit, where he scaled Meta Ads 6x over two quarters while holding ROAS and drove 25% YoY growth in new customer acquisition.
He has worked across verticals including e-commerce, OTT, luxury, BFSI and edtech - and brings deep, platform-level expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, marketplace advertising and analytics (GA4, Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics). Vishnu is Meta Certified in Media Buying and Planning.
He holds an MBA from Liverpool Business School (IMT-G) and holds a B.E. from Trinity College of Engineering.
Vishnu is the execution engine at Inflekt - the person who gets into the ad accounts, restructures campaigns, writes creative briefs and makes the numbers move.
